We need more school options within CCSD school zones, private schools, charter schools, online, in-person, or a hybrid. We need to equip EVERY school to help all students, educationally and mentally, especially our special needs students. Every school should be allowed to adapt to their unique socioeconomic location.

Higher costs of living demand wages that keep up so the average family can achieve their American dream without fear from income inequity in relation to business growth. A mutually beneficial partnership between the labor force, unionized or not, and employers is essential for sustained growth.

Having personally experienced loss due to gun violence, I see the need for regulations that help keep guns out of the hands of individuals that no longer deserve this right. These regulations should not stop law abiding citizens from self-protection, hunting, or responsible recreation while protecting our society from senseless mass shootings. There is no perfect law to stop this, but we cannot simply "hope and pray" this problem away.
